1. Returns Eligibility :

At FC PACK, we strive to ensure the utmost satisfaction of our customers with our packaging solutions. We accept returns on items that meet the following criteria:

The item must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
The item must be in its original packaging.
Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

2. Return Procedure :

To initiate a return, customers must follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving the item to request a return authorization (RA) number.
Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package being returned.
Ship the item back to FC PACK at the address provided, using a trackable shipping method.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, FC PACK will issue a refund or store credit, depending on the customer’s preference.

3. Refund Policy :

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment unless otherwise specified by the customer.
